Intellectum Scientific Society assumed and completed successfully the task of simultaneous interpretation and translation of the Bioethics Conference minutes which was organized on Friday 5th May 2006 in Thessaloniki by the Task Force on Ethics and Law (ESHRE), the network of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki “Modern Medical Act, Biomedicine and Law” as well as the Study Group of Medical Law and Bioethics.
The translation and interpretation group formed by members of Intellectum was coordinated by Victor Tsilonis and consisted of the following persons:
- Efi Emmanouilidou, graduate of English Studies of the University of Athens, translator
- Diamantis Kryonidis, Ph.D. candidate of Social Theology and attorney-at-law, graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
- Sofia Kinigopoulou, Barrister in Thessaloniki
- Dimitris Diamantis (ACT College, ΜΒΑ Boston University)
- Nikos Neokleous: Doctor
- Victor Tsilonis, attorney-at-law, Ph.D. candidate of the Law School
Furthermore, Victor Tsilonis and Dimitris Diamantis assumed the difficult task of the simultaneous interpretation of the interventions of the Greek scientists to their foreign counterparts. (Link to the photos)
