Victor Tsilonis, editor-in-chief of the Intellectum Journal, presented a paper in the 7th international conference of students of the Nottingham University on ‘International Criminal Accountability’ on 24th February 2007.
The paper’s title was ‘Taming the waves of international justice: the paradox of serving (in)justice through (un)just means’. The paper attempted to examine the role of politics in international law through the study of the Saddam Hussein case.
