Abstract: The university’s functional model, which- as an educational structure- is oriented towards the fulfilment of social and economic needs, has historically been the prerequisite of the ‘democratic university’ establishment. Nonetheless, it seems today that the critical perception of sciences and social relations does not serve the universally developed model of politics.
