Abstract: The internalization of the university is part of a lengthy evolutionary development, given that the dominant universities have always drawn students of other countries. However, in our time when globalization and internet prevail, the internalization of university has acquired an utterly new form via the implementation of innovationg ideas and cross-border programmes.
